For health and safety reasons, masks, face shields, hats, scarves, gloves and hair ornaments are not returnable. Jackets may be exchanged for a different size (based on availability). Purses may be exchanged for color only (based on availability). To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 14 days with the tags attached. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders less than $50, shipping costs will be calculated when the order is placed.
